I also shot them an email for some details, and David, the guy I spoke with, was super helpful. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them and would surely shop with them again.

I'm really let down by this shop. In just two weeks after buying, our square 2-drawer bedside table, diamond design media unit, and slab 1-drawer media unit have changed a lot in how they look.

We noticed small holes that we first thought might be woodworm, but a timber expert checked it out and said it’s just the filler in the wood showing through.

These pieces of furniture don’t resemble what we originally bought.

I'm super pleased with my Nordic console table. It arrived nicely packaged, and the delivery was spot on with a two-hour window. The driver even gave me a heads-up that he was running a bit behind. This table is exactly what I was looking for in my kitchen, plus it’s perfect for our new Frame TV.

I ordered a couple of chest of drawers and reached out to them before placing my order. They got back to me right away. We did run into some delivery issues, but that was all on DHL, not Home James. They were super quick to help sort it out.

The drawers are stunning with their hand-carved details, and I’m really happy with the quality. They fit perfectly as an alternative to bedside cabinets—just the right height and width since we needed something taller than a typical bedside cabinet for our bed. The narrower width makes them feel less bulky. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending them or buying from them again.
